What is TT Eurodrive?
A premium alternative to traditional car rental in Europe
TT Eurodrive is Renault Group's premium Temporary Transit service. You drive a brand-new vehicle in Europe for 15 days to 6 months at a fixed all-inclusive rate. Renault sells you the vehicle of your choice, then buys it back at the end of your stay. You pay only for the time you drive.
If you live in Madagascar, French Overseas Territories, or any non-EU country, you qualify. So do your friends and family living outside the European Union.
Who can use it?
Anyone living outside the European Union
The Temporary Transit TT Eurodrive program is reserved for residents living outside the European Union or in French Overseas Territories for more than 180 days per year. You live in Madagascar, a French overseas territory, or any other non-EU country: you qualify. Your Renault or Dacia awaits at one of 21 delivery centers across Europe. The vehicle is acquired VAT-free and duty-free.
Eligibility requirements
- Live more than 180 days/year outside the EU or in French Overseas Territories (Madagascar and any non-EU country)
- Not engage in paid work in Europe during your stay
- Be at least 18 years old (vs. 21-25 for traditional rentals)
- Students and trainees get special exemptions (duration up to 12 months)

Book your dates
Choose your pickup and return dates and locations among 21 centers across Europe. Allow 15 to 19 days for vehicle preparation.
Drive freely
Pick up your brand-new vehicle at the airport or delivery center. Drive anywhere in Europe with no restrictions and unlimited mileage.
Return the vehicle
Drop off the vehicle at any delivery center. No need to refuel. No extra charges for normal wear and tear.

Frequently asked questions
Can Madagascar residents use TT Eurodrive?
Yes. The TT Eurodrive program is open to anyone living more than 180 days per year outside the European Union. Residents of Madagascar and French Overseas Territories qualify. Madauto is the authorised agent for Madagascar.
What documents do I need to book?
Three documents: a valid passport, a valid driver's licence, and proof of residence outside the EU if you hold a European passport. Madauto handles all the administrative steps for you.
How long can I keep the vehicle?
From 15 days to 6 months. Students and trainees qualify for a special exemption allowing up to 12 months. Pricing is degressive: the longer you stay, the less you pay per day.
What is the minimum age for TT Eurodrive?
18 years old, compared to 21-25 for traditional car rental. No young driver surcharge applies.
Is fuel included in the price?
Fuel is not included in the rate. However, you do not have to refuel before returning the vehicle, unlike most traditional car rentals.
Can I pick up in one country and return in another?
Yes. You can pick up and return your vehicle at any of the 21 delivery centers across Europe. Returning to a different center within France is free. For centers outside France, a conveying fee of €200 per leg applies.
